"The Adventures of Stratospheerius"

Joe Deninizon: Band pic

Joe Deninzon was a name I was not familiar with until a friend of Prog4you sent us the CD.  Joe Deninzon, “The Adventures of Stratospheerius”, is a fantastic and amazing piece of work to date. The music is a virtual rainbow of styles, from rock to fusion, prog to a DJ scratching turntables, and even the kitchen sink to boot.  The style at best would be jazz. This delightful music took me on an adventure.  It is engaging, full of energy and a joy to experience.

Joe Deninzon plays the electric violin with a passion that defies all the rules; he is called the Jimi Hendrix of electric violin. The songs run the mix from rock to jazz, some instrumental some vocals, funky fusion rock, you will hear it all on this CD. Also playing guitars is the great Alex Skolnick laying down some fantastic guitar lines. All in which complement Deninzon’s blistering violin tracks.

Go take a ride with your senses, buy this fantastic CD.  The recording and production are top notch.
